Messin' with Your Words

Tap the message name while you're in Edit-O-Matic Mode & boom — you can totally tweak what that message does. Like, if you're into that sorta thing.

Title

The title? It's basically what your message gets called in your messages list. Could be some abbreviated thing, some nickname, whatever — doesn't hafta match the actual message y'all are about to blast out. Forget to fill this in? LOL, the message becomes the title. Problem solved, you're welcome.

Message

This is the actual text that shows up on screen for your peeps to see. Make it as long as you want — we're not gonna judge your essay. Font size auto-magically gets bigger or smaller so it actually fits. You're welcome again.

Color

Pick a color & it shows up everywhere — in your lists, on the screen, when it flashes. Colors say things faster than, like, reading words. Crazy, right? Tap a color & done. Wanna add more colors or customize this whole palette thing? Check out the Clickable Rainbow Thingy feature, my dude.

Duration

By default, messages hang around for like a third of a second per word, plus however long the flash animation takes. Totally automagical. You can also, like, manually set how long it sticks around if you're feeling fancy.

If you're ridin' the auto train, you can mess with the timing by going Utilities Menu » Settings » Display Settings » Song Viewer » Flash Message. Have fun in there, nerd.
